Bob joined Wind Point in 1987. Bob currently serves on the boards of Hearthside Food Solutions, Knape & Vogt, Nonni’s, P+L Systems, RailWorks, Ryt-way Industries and Santa Maria Foods.
Bob’s background includes roles as a general partner at Robertson, Colman & Stephens, a consultant with McKinsey & Co., and an officer in the nuclear submarine force of the U.S. Navy.
Bob is a BSME graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
