Associates
The associate position is an opportunity for a professional interested in private equity to gain experience prior to pursuing a graduate degree in business. Associates take an active role in researching and evaluating new investment opportunities, working with potential executives, executing new deals and working with portfolio companies. Associates typically have two to four years of investment banking, consulting or private equity experience and demonstrate resourcefulness, quantitative and analytical skills, the ability to work independently and good people skills.
