P+L Systems

P+L Systems, headquartered in the U.K., is a global supplier of pest control and water management products, including washroom hygiene and water control products. P+L sells products in 80 countries and its customers range from independent pest controllers to public sector institutions, retailers and major construction companies.

Wind Point acquired P&L’s previous parent company, Waterbury Companies, in February 2005. Wind Point divested the larger U.S. Waterbury business to Zep in September 2010 but retained the U.K.-based P+L assets.

P+L is led by Peter Mangion, who was formerly Managing Director of Loranamead Ltd. and previously Managing Director of Schwarzkopf & Henkel Cosmetics U.K.
